Named after the neighborhood that in 1940's was historically an enclave of ehtinic Italian and Italian businesses that was known at the time as Little Italy. This coffee gets its distinctive sweetness from the way it is roasted: dark, unleashing rich flavors, caramelised sugar and spices.
Crafted from our first store in the North Shore, the North Shore Roast is a blend that brings together the flavors of perfect harmony for life in the city with no one flavor dominating the other. When brewed the roast unleashes a chocolate, cinnamon and nutty flavor.
The roast that goes prefectly if you got up between the hours of breakfast and lunch (hence brunch). If you want a coffee that will wake you up but isn't as intense as a dark roast, this nuty apple flalowed roast that unleashes the blueberry and lemon undertones.
Named after one of the North Vancouvers Iconic spots, the Capilano roast is a great introduction to someone that is new to coffee and the intensity that some of the darker roasts can bring. The light and airy with a citrus flavor consisting of orange and lemon.
